NeuroCare Sales Specialist — strategic, influential sales partner responsible for maximizing sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions.
How You’ll Spend Your Day — Essential Areas of Responsibility
- Build rapport and relationships with HCPs and office staff; demonstrate needs and appropriate responses.
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key accounts by tailoring solutions to needs; drive differentiation and achieve sales targets.
- Review, analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges while collaborating internally to drive successful sales strategies.
- Proactively work cross-functionally to integrate expertise and execute shared objectives.
- Maintain call average per the sales plan (face-to-face interactions with top target customers).
- Use problem-solving to improve performance in the assigned geography.
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales goals and complete administrative duties.
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: complex healthcare account management; stakeholder engagement; specialty pharmacy/patient support/reimbursement/access experience.
- Preferred: experience in neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics.
- Preferred: new product launch experience.
- Senior Sales Specialist: 1+ year; Executive Sales Specialist: 7+ years.
- Also good to have: proven market accomplishments; strong communication; HCP interaction in face-to-face/virtual; leadership; reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge; ability to pass background/motor/drug screening; valid US driver’s license.
Travel Requirements: Regular travel (including air and weekend/overnight).
