The NeuroCare Sales Specialist is responsible for maximizing sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions.

Responsibilities (Essential):
- Build rapport and relationships with healthcare providers, office staff, and cross-functional partners.
- Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key accounts; tailor solutions to meet customer needs and achieve sales targets.
- Review, analyze, and use sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget.
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to execute cohesive sales strategies.
- Maintain call average per sales plan with face-to-face interactions focused on top target customers.
- Use problem-solving to improve performance in the assigned region.
- Adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales performance goals and complete administrative duties.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required (preferably related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: managing complex healthcare accounts with multiple stakeholders (COEs, academic centers, integrated systems, specialty practices).
- Preferred: experience with specialty pharmacies, patient support programs, reimbursement/access stakeholders.
- Preferred: neurology/psychiatry/pediatric/rare disease/specialty therapeutics or other complex disease states.
- Preferred: new product launch experience in specialty/complex markets.
- Sales experience by level: Senior Sales Specialist (min 1 year); Executive Sales Specialist (min 7 years).
- Skills: proven market accomplishments; written/oral communication; HCP engagement in face-to-face/virtual settings with technology; leadership/interpersonal skills.
- Preferred: reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge and broad therapeutic area experience.
- Must pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driverโ€™s license required.

Travel: Regular travel; may include air and overnight/weekend travel.
