How You’ll Spend Your Day – ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:
- Build rapport with HCPs and office staff; interact effectively with regional team members and cross-functional partners.
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote products and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key accounts by tailoring solutions, driving differentiation, and achieving sales targets.
- Review, analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to execute sales strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate expertise and achieve shared objectives.
- Maintain call average per sales plan with face-to-face interactions focused on top target customers.
- Apply problem-solving to improve performance in assigned geography/region.
- Adhere to Teva compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales performance goals and complete required administrative duties.

Your Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required (prefer related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
- Preferred: managing complex healthcare accounts; experience across large academic centers/health systems and multidisciplinary specialty practices.
- Preferred: specialty pharmacies, patient support/reimbursement/access stakeholders; neurology/psychiatry/pediatric/rare disease/specialty therapeutics/complex disease states.
- Preferred: new product launch experience.
- Proven market accomplishments; strong written/oral communication.
- Ability to interact with HCPs in face-to-face and virtual settings; proficient with technology.
- Candidate must pass background, motor, and drug screening.
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record required.
- Travel: regular travel; may include air and weekend/overnight.
