The NeuroCare Sales Specialist is a strategic, influential sales partner responsible for maximizing sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions.
Essential Areas of Responsibility:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff).
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow relationships with key accounts; tailor solutions to meet needs and achieve sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Maintain competitive edge by addressing market challenges and collaborating internally to drive sales strategy.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Maintain required call average with face-to-face interactions focused on top target customers.
- Use problem-solving to improve performance in the assigned region.
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales goals and complete administrative duties.
Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelorโs degree required (preferably related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: complex healthcare account management; experience with specialty pharmacies/patient support/reimbursement/access stakeholders.
- Preferred: neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics; new product launch.
- Senior: 1+ year; Executive: 7+ years.
Skills:
- Proven market achievement; strong written/oral communication.
- Ability to interact with HCPs in-person/virtual and use technology.
- Leadership/interpersonal skills; reimbursement/managed care knowledge preferred.
- Pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driverโs license.
Travel: Regular travel (may include air and overnight/weekend).
Salary/Benefits (if eligible): $88,000โ$160,000; sales incentive plan participation; comprehensive health, 401(k), paid time off, and life/disability insurance plus additional listed benefits.
