ESSENTIAL AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCP and office staff)
- Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education
- Strategically manage and grow relationships with key accounts to drive product differentiation and achieve sales targets
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to execute cohesive sales strategies
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate insights and achieve shared objectives
- Maintain call average per sales plan with face-to-face interactions focused on top target customers
- Use traditional and nontraditional problem-solving to improve performance in the assigned region
- Adhere to all Teva compliance policies and guidelines
- Achieve sales goals and complete required administrative duties
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelorโs degree required (preferably related field)
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred
- Preferred: experience managing complex healthcare accounts and engaging multiple stakeholders; specialty pharmacy/patient support/reimbursement/access stakeholder collaboration; experience in neurology/psychiatry/pediatric/rare disease/specialty therapeutics or other complex disease states; new product launch experience
- Senior Sales Specialist: minimum 1 year B2B sales experience; Executive Sales Specialist: minimum 7 years
- Skills: proven achievements in market; strong written/oral communication; ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face/virtually and use technology; leadership/interpersonal skills; reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge preferred
- Must pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driverโs license and acceptable driving record
TRAVEL
- Regular travel; may include air and weekend/overnight travel
