The NeuroCare Sales Specialist is a strategic, influential sales partner responsible for maximizing sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff).
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide patient/product education.
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships; tailor solutions to unique needs to drive differentiation and achieve sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget.
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to drive sales strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate expertise and execute shared objectives.
- Maintain call average per sales plan (face-to-face interactions with top target customers).
- Use problem-solving techniques to improve performance in the assigned region.
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales goals, reach objectives, and complete administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree required (preferably related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: experience managing complex healthcare accounts and multiple stakeholders; specialty pharmacy/patient support/reimbursement & access stakeholders.
- Preferred: neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, specialty therapeutics, or complex disease states.
- Preferred: new product launch experience.
- Senior Sales Specialist: minimum 1 year; Executive Sales Specialist: minimum 7 years.
- Skills: proven accomplishments in the market; strong written/oral communication; ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually and use technology; leadership/interpersonal skills.
- Preferred: knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing; broad therapeutic area experience.
- Must pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driverโs license with acceptable driving record.
Travel: Regular travel; may include air and weekend/overnight travel.
