Essential Areas of Responsibility:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (e.g., HCPs and office staff) at all levels.
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing to current and potential customers.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product and patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships by tailoring solutions to unique needs; use industry insights to differentiate and achieve sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and effectively use promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges and collaborate with internal teams to drive successful sales strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate insights and ensure cohesive execution.
- Maintain call average per the sales plan (face-to-face interactions with top target customers).
- Use traditional and nontraditional problem-solving to improve performance in the assigned region.
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales goals, objectives, and complete administrative duties for the territory.

Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required (preferably related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: managing complex healthcare accounts; experience with specialty pharmacies, patient support, reimbursement/access stakeholders.
- Preferred: neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics; new product launch experience.
- Senior Sales Specialist: minimum 1 year; Executive Sales Specialist: minimum 7 years.

Skills/Requirements:
- Proven accomplishments meeting objectives; strong written/oral communication.
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face/virtual; proficient with technology.
- Demonstrated leadership/interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing preferred.
- Ability to pass background, motor, and drug screening.
- Valid US driverโ€™s license with acceptable driving record.

Travel: Regular travel; may include air and weekend/overnight travel.

Benefits/Pay (as stated): Starting salary $88,000โ€“$160,000 annually; qualifies for sales incentive plan.
