Essential Areas of Responsibility:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff).
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing to current and potential customers.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote products and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow relationships with key accounts by tailoring solutions, leveraging industry insights, driving differentiation, and achieving sales targets.
- Regularly review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to drive cohesive sales strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate insights and execute sales strategies.
- Maintain call average per the sales plan (face-to-face interactions with top target customers).
- Apply problem-solving techniques to improve performance in the assigned region.
- Adhere to company compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales performance goals and complete required administrative duties.

Your Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
- Preferred: managing complex healthcare accounts; working with multiple stakeholders; experience with specialty pharmacies/patient support/reimbursement/access stakeholders.
- Preferred: neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease/specialty therapeutics/complex disease states.
- Preferred: new product launch experience.
- Senior Sales Specialist: 1+ year; Executive Sales Specialist: 7+ years.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Proven accomplishments meeting objectives; strong written/oral communication.
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; technology proficiency.
- Leadership/interpersonal skills; reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge preferred.
- Must pass background, motor, and drug screening.
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Travel: Regular travel (including air and weekend/overnight).
