NeuroCare Sales Specialist
Essential Areas of Responsibility
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, HCPs, and office staff.
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key accounts by tailoring solutions to unique needs; drive product differentiation and achieve sales targets.
- Review/analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to drive cohesive sales strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies and achieve shared objectives.
- Maintain call average per sales plan (face-to-face with top target customers).
- Use problem-solving techniques to improve performance in assigned geography/region.
- Adhere to all company compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales goals/objectives and complete required administrative duties.
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelorโs degree required (preferably related field).
- Business-to-business sales experience documented; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
- Preferred: managing complex healthcare accounts; working across large academic centers/integrated health systems/multidisciplinary practices.
- Preferred: specialty pharmacies, patient support programs, reimbursement/access stakeholders.
- Preferred: neurology, psychiatry, pediatrics, rare disease, specialty therapeutics.
- Preferred: new product launch experience.
- Skills: proven market accomplishments; strong written/oral communication; ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face/virtual and use technology; leadership/interpersonal skills.
- Preferred knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing.
- Must pass background, motor, and drug screening.
- Valid US driverโs license and acceptable driving record.
- Travel: regular travel, including air and weekend/overnight as needed.
