Essential Areas Of Responsibility:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff) at all levels.
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow relationships with key accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to execute successful sales strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate insights and achieve shared objectives.
- Maintain call average per the sales plan (face-to-face interactions with top target customers).
- Use problem-solving approaches to improve performance in assigned region.
- Adhere to Teva compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales performance goals, meet objectives, and complete required administrative duties.

Qualifications / Experience:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required (preferably related field).
- Business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
- Preferred: experience managing complex healthcare accounts and engaging multiple stakeholders; collaborating with specialty pharmacies/patient support/reimbursement/access stakeholders.
- Preferred: experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatrics, rare disease, specialty therapeutics, or other complex disease states; new product launch experience.

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities:
- Proven accomplishments meeting objectives.
- Strong written/oral communication.
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology.
- Leadership/interpersonal skills.
- Preferred: knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing.
- Ability to pass background, motor, and drug screening.
- Valid US driverโ€™s license.
