NeuroCare Sales Specialist โ€” strategic, influential sales partner maximizing sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Build rapport and relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs) and office staff; coordinate with internal cross-functional partners.
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Manage and grow key accounts by tailoring solutions to customer needs; drive product differentiation and achieve sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget.
- Address external market challenges while collaborating internally to execute sales strategies.
- Maintain call average per sales plan (face-to-face interactions with top target customers).
- Solve problems creatively to improve performance in assigned region; adhere to compliance policies.
- Achieve sales goals and complete required administrative duties.

Qualifications (Required/Preferred):
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (preferred related field).
- Documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: complex account/stakeholder management (COEs, academic medical centers, integrated health systems, specialty practices); experience with specialty pharmacies/patient support/reimbursement/access; neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics; new product launch.
- Senior Sales Specialist: min 1 year; Executive Sales Specialist: min 7 years.
- Skills: strong communication; ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face/virtual and use technology; leadership/interpersonal skills; reimbursement/managed care knowledge preferred; pass background/motor/drug screening; valid US driverโ€™s license.

Travel: Regular travel; may include air and weekend/overnight.

Compensation: $88,000โ€“$160,000 starting salary; eligible for sales incentive plan.
