The NeuroCare Sales Specialist is responsible for maximizing sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Build rapport and relationships with HCPs and office staff; respond appropriately to their needs.
- Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote products and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key accounts by tailoring solutions; drive differentiation and meet sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Maintain a competitive edge by addressing external market challenges and collaborating internally.
- Work with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies and shared objectives.
- Maintain call average (face-to-face with top target customers).
- Use problem-solving to improve performance in the assigned geography.
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales goals, objectives, and complete administrative duties.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorโs degree (preferably related).
- Documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: complex healthcare account management; experience with specialty pharmacies, patient support/reimbursement/access stakeholders.
- Preferred therapeutic experience in neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics; new product launch experience.
Skills/Abilities:
- Proven market accomplishments; strong written/oral communication.
- Ability to engage HCPs face-to-face/virtual; proficient with technology.
- Leadership/interpersonal skills; reimbursement/managed care knowledge preferred.
- Pass background/motor/drug screening; valid US driverโs license.
Travel: Regular travel, including air and weekend/overnight.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Starting salary: $88,000โ$160,000 annually; eligible for sales incentive plan.
