The NeuroCare Sales Specialist is a strategic, influential sales partner responsible for maximizing sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions.

How You’ll Spend Your Day (Essential Areas of Responsibility)
- Build rapport and relationships with regional teams, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff)
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide patient education
- Strategically manage and grow relationships with key accounts to achieve sales targets
- Review, analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to drive sales strategies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to execute sales strategies
- Maintain call average per sales plan with face-to-face interactions with top target customers
- Solve issues using traditional and nontraditional problem-solving techniques
- Adhere to Teva compliance policies and guidelines
- Achieve sales goals and complete administrative duties

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably related field)
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred
- Minimum experience levels: Senior Sales Specialist (1+ year) or Executive Sales Specialist (7+ years)
- Ability to pass background, motor, and drug screening
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record

Preferred Qualifications/Skills
- Complex healthcare account management and multi-stakeholder engagement
- Experience with specialty pharmacies, patient support programs, reimbursement/access stakeholders
- Neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, specialty therapeutics experience
- New product launch experience
- Proven accomplishments, strong written/oral communication, leadership/interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology
- Knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing; therapeutic area experience

- Regular travel (including air and weekend/overnight as needed).
