NeuroCare Sales Specialist
Essential Areas of Responsibility
- Build rapport and relationships with HCPs, office staff, internal teams, and cross-functional partners.
- Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff; provide product and patient education.
- Strategically manage/grow key accounts; tailor solutions to meet unique needs and achieve sales targets.
- Review/analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges; collaborate internally to drive cohesive sales strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate expertise and execute sales strategies.
- Maintain call average per sales plan (face-to-face with top target customers).
- Use problem-solving to improve performance in assigned region.
- Adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales goals/objectives and complete required administrative duties.
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelorโs degree required (prefer related field).
- Documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: managing complex healthcare accounts; experience across specialty practices/COEs/large academic medical centers/integrated health systems.
- Preferred: specialty pharmacies, patient support/reimbursement/access stakeholders.
- Preferred: neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics; new product launch experience.
- Skills: proven market accomplishments; strong written/oral communication; HCP interactions face-to-face/virtual and technology proficiency; leadership/interpersonal skills; reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge preferred.
- Must pass background, motor, and drug screening.
- Valid US driverโs license and acceptable driving record.
- Travel: regular travel; may include air and weekend/overnight.
Role Levels (B2B sales experience)
- Senior Sales Specialist: min 1 year
- Executive Sales Specialist: min 7 years
Benefits/Pay (as stated)
- Starting salary: $88,000โ$160,000; participation in sales incentive plan.
