Essential Areas of Responsibility:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff) at all levels.
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-services.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships to drive product differentiation and achieve sales targets.
- Review, analyze sales data to create effective territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to drive cohesive sales strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate insights and execute sales strategies.
- Maintain call average per the sales plan via face-to-face interactions with top target customers.
- Use traditional/nontraditional problem-solving to improve performance in assigned region.
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales performance goals, reach objectives, and complete administrative duties.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required (preferably related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: managing complex healthcare accounts across Centers of Excellence/academic medical centers/integrated health systems/specialty practices; collaborating with specialty pharmacies, patient support programs, reimbursement and access stakeholders.
- Preferred: experience in neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics or other complex disease states; new product launch experience.

Skills/Abilities:
- Proven market accomplishments; strong written/oral communication.
- Ability to interact with HCPs in face-to-face and virtual settings; proficient with technology.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills; knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing preferred.
- Pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driverโ€™s license with acceptable driving record.

Travel Requirements:
- Regular travel, including possible air travel and weekend/overnight travel.
