NeuroCare Sales Specialist
Essential Areas of Responsibility:
- Build rapport and relationships with HCPs, office staff, and cross-functional partners.
- Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key accounts; tailor solutions to customer needs to drive differentiation and sales targets.
- Review/analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Address market challenges, collaborate internally, and execute cohesive sales strategies.
- Integrate cross-functional insights to achieve shared objectives.
- Maintain sales-plan call average (face-to-face with top target customers).
- Apply problem-solving techniques to improve performance in assigned region.
- Adhere to all Teva compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales goals and complete administrative duties.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably related).
- Documented business-to-business sales; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: complex healthcare accounts; Centers of Excellence/large academic centers/integrated health systems; specialty pharmacies/patient support/reimbursement/access stakeholders.
- Preferred experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatrics, rare disease, specialty therapeutics.
- Preferred new product launch experience.
- Proven accomplishments in the market; strong written/oral communication.
- Ability to interact with HCPs (face-to-face/virtual) and use technology.
- Leadership/interpersonal skills; knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing preferred.
- Pass background/motor/drug screening; valid US driver’s license.
- Travel: regular (including air and weekend/overnight).
