NeuroCare Sales Specialist

Responsibilities
- Build rapport and relationships with HCPs, office staff, and cross-functional partners.
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key accounts by tailoring solutions to drive product differentiation and achieve sales targets.
- Review/analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to execute successful sales strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate insights and achieve shared objectives.
- Maintain call average per sales plan with face-to-face interactions focused on top targets.
- Use problem-solving techniques to improve performance in assigned geography.
- Adhere to all company compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales performance goals and complete required administrative duties.

Qualifications
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required (preferably related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
- Preferred: experience managing complex healthcare accounts and multiple stakeholders within major care systems/practices.
- Preferred: collaboration with specialty pharmacies, patient support programs, reimbursement/access stakeholders.
- Preferred: neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics complex disease states.
- Preferred: new product launch experience.
- Minimum experience by level: Senior Sales Specialist (1 year); Executive Sales Specialist (7 years).

Skills/Requirements
- Proven accomplishments toward objectives.
- Strong written/oral communication; technology proficiency.
- Leadership/interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing preferred.
- Ability to pass background, motor, and drug screening.
- Valid US driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record.

Travel: Regular travel; may include air, weekend, and overnight.
