The NeuroCare Sales Specialist is a strategic, influential sales partner responsible for maximizing sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Build rapport and relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs) and office staff; engage regional team members and cross-functional partners.
- Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow relationships with key accounts to drive product differentiation and achieve sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to execute sales strategies.
- Maintain call average per sales plan (face-to-face with top target customers).
- Use problem-solving techniques to improve performance in the assigned region.
- Adhere to compliance policies and complete administrative duties.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably related).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: managing complex accounts and multiple stakeholders; experience with specialty pharmacies/patient support/reimbursement/access.
- Preferred: neurology/psychiatry/pediatric/rare disease/specialty therapeutics; new product launch experience.
- Senior Sales Specialist: min 1 year; Executive Sales Specialist: min 7 years.
- Also good to have: communication skills; HCP engagement (virtual/in-person); leadership; reimbursement/managed care knowledge.
- Must pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driver’s license.

Travel: Regular travel (may include air, weekend/overnight).

Compensation/Benefits:
- Starting salary: $88,000–$160,000 annually; may qualify for sales incentive plan.
- Benefits include health insurance, 401(k) with match, paid time off, and company-paid life/disability.
