NeuroCare Sales Specialist (Territory)
Essential Areas of Responsibility
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff) at all levels.
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships by tailoring solutions to meet unique needs and achieving sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges while collaborating internally to drive cohesive sales strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate insights and execute sales strategies.
- Maintain call average per sales plan with face-to-face interactions focused on top target customers.
- Use problem-solving techniques to improve performance in the assigned region.
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales goals/objectives and complete required administrative duties.
Qualifications / Skills / Experience
- Bachelorโs degree required (preferably related field).
- Documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: complex healthcare account management across large systems/centers; experience with specialty pharmacies, patient support/reimbursement/access stakeholders.
- Preferred: neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics; new product launch experience.
- Proven achievements; strong written/oral communication; ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually and use technology.
- Preferred knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing; ability to pass background/motor/drug screening.
- Valid US driverโs license and acceptable driving record.
Travel Requirements: Regular travel, including air and weekend/overnight travel.
