Essential Areas of Responsibility:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff)
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing to current and potential customers
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote products and provide product/patient education
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships by tailoring solutions to unique needs; leverage industry insights to drive differentiation and achieve sales targets
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds
- Address external market challenges while fostering internal collaboration to drive cohesive sales strategies
- Proactively work with cross-functional teams to integrate expertise and execute sales strategies
- Maintain call average per sales plan (face-to-face interactions with top target customers)
- Use traditional and nontraditional problem-solving to improve performance in the assigned region/territory
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines
- Achieve sales performance goals/objectives and complete administrative duties

Your Skills and Experience:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required (preferably related field)
- Documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred
- Preferred: experience managing complex healthcare accounts and multiple stakeholders; working with specialty pharmacies, patient support programs, reimbursement/access partners
- Preferred: neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics experience; new product launch experience

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities (required):
- Proven accomplishments in the market; strong written/oral communication; ability to interact with HCPs in-person/virtual and use technology
- Leadership/interpersonal skills; must pass background, motor, and drug screening
- Valid US driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record

Travel: Regular travel (may include air and weekend/overnight).
