Essential Areas of Responsibility:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff) at all levels.
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing to current and potential customers.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships by tailoring solutions to customer needs and driving product differentiation to achieve sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges while fostering internal collaboration to drive sales strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate expertise and execute shared objectives.
- Maintain call average per the sales plan with face-to-face interactions focused on top target customers.
- Use problem-solving techniques to improve performance in the assigned region.
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales performance goals, meet objectives, and complete required administrative duties.

Qualifications / Experience:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required (preferably related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: managing complex healthcare accounts; collaborating with specialty pharmacies/patient support/reimbursement/access stakeholders.
- Preferred: experience in neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics or complex disease states.
- Preferred: new product launch experience.
- Senior Sales Specialist: minimum 1 year; Executive Sales Specialist: minimum 7 years.

Skills:
- Proven accomplishments in the specific market; strong written/oral communication.
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Preferred: knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing.
- Pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driverโ€™s license.

Travel Requirements:
- Regular travel; may include air and weekend/overnight travel.
