NeuroCare Sales Specialist (Chicago/Joliet/Oak Lawn area)

Essential Areas of Responsibility:
- Build rapport and relationships with HCPs, office staff, and cross-functional partners.
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and deliver product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key accounts; tailor solutions to meet needs; drive differentiation and sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and use promotional budget funds.
- Address market challenges and collaborate internally to drive successful sales strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to execute territory and shared objectives.
- Maintain call average (face-to-face interactions with top target customers).
- Use problem-solving to improve performance in the assigned region.
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales goals, reach objectives, and complete required administrative duties.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably related).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: complex healthcare account management; stakeholder engagement; experience with specialty pharmacies/patient support programs/reimbursement/access partners; experience in neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics.
- Preferred: new product launch experience.
- Senior Sales Specialist: 1+ year. Executive Sales Specialist: 7+ years.

Skills/Requirements:
- Proven achievements; strong written/oral communication.
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology.
- Leadership/interpersonal skills; reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge preferred.
- Pass background, motor, and drug screening.
- Valid US driver’s license.

Travel: Regular travel; may include air and weekend/overnight.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Salary range: $88,000–$160,000 annually; eligible for sales incentive plan.
- Health insurance (medical/dental/vision/prescription), 401(k) match up to 6% plus annual 3.75% defined contribution, paid time off, company-paid life/disability; additional listed benefits.
