The NeuroCare Sales Specialist is a strategic, influential sales partner responsible for maximizing sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions.

Essential Areas of Responsibility:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff).
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow relationships with key accounts to achieve sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to drive sales strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to execute territory strategies and shared objectives.
- Maintain call average as outlined in the sales plan (face-to-face with top target customers).
- Use problem-solving to improve performance in the assigned region.
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales goals and complete administrative duties.

Qualifications/Experience (Required):
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (preferably related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience (pharmaceutical preferred).

Qualifications/Experience (Preferred):
- Experience managing complex healthcare accounts across major systems/practices.
- Experience with specialty pharmacies, patient support programs, reimbursement/access stakeholders.
- Neurology/psychiatry/pediatric/rare disease/specialty therapeutics experience.
- New product launch experience.

Skills/Knowledge:
- Strong communication skills; ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually and use technology.
- Leadership/interpersonal skills; knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing (preferred).
- Pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driverโ€™s license.

Travel Requirements:
- Regular travel, including possible air travel and weekend/overnight travel.

Salary/Benefits (if applicable):
- Starting salary: $88,000โ€“$160,000.
- Sales incentive plan participation.
