NeuroCare Sales Specialist (NeuroCare)
Essential Areas of Responsibility
- Build rapport and relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs), regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts.
- Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships to drive differentiation and achieve sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and effectively use promotional budget.
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to execute cohesive sales strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution and shared objectives.
- Maintain call average per sales plan (face-to-face interactions with top target customers).
- Solve issues using traditional/nontraditional problem-solving to improve performance in assigned region.
- Adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales goals, objectives, and complete required administrative duties.
Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelorโs degree (preferably related).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: managing complex healthcare accounts/stakeholders; collaboration with specialty pharmacies/patient support/reimbursement/access.
- Preferred: experience in neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics; new product launch experience.
- Skills: proven market accomplishments; strong written/oral communication; ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually with tech proficiency; leadership/interpersonal skills.
- Preferred knowledge: reimbursement/managed care/marketing.
- Ability to pass background, motor, and drug screening.
- Valid U.S. driverโs license with acceptable driving record.
- Travel: regular; may include air travel and weekend/overnight.
- Location: based in or near Charlotte, Hickory, or Concord, NC.
