NeuroCare Sales Specialist

Essential Areas of Responsibility
- Build rapport and relationships with HCPs and office staff; respond appropriately to their needs.
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key accounts; tailor solutions to meet unique needs; drive product differentiation and sales targets.
- Review/analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges while coordinating with internal teams on sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution.
- Maintain call average per sales plan (face-to-face interactions with top target customers).
- Use problem-solving to improve performance in the assigned region.
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales goals, meet objectives, and complete required administrative duties.

Your Skills and Experience
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required (prefer related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: managing complex healthcare accounts; engaging multiple stakeholders; experience with specialty pharmacies/patient support/reimbursement/access partners.
- Preferred: neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, specialty therapeutics/complex disease states; new product launch experience.
- Levels: Senior Sales Specialist (min 1 year) or Executive Sales Specialist (min 7 years).
- Skills: proven market achievements; strong written/oral communication; HCP interactions (face-to-face/virtual) and technology proficiency; leadership/interpersonal skills.
- Preferred knowledge: reimbursement/managed care/marketing.
- Required: pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record.

Travel Requirements
- Regular travel, including possible air and weekend/overnight travel.

Compensation/Benefits
- Starting salary: $88,000โ€“$160,000/year.
- Eligible for company sales incentive plan.
- Benefits include annual leave, reward plans, flexible schedules (role dependent), and tailored health support.
