Responsibilities:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (e.g., HCPs and office staff) at all levels.
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote products and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships by tailoring solutions to needs; leverage insights to drive differentiation and achieve sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to execute successful sales strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate insights and achieve shared objectives.
- Maintain call average per sales plan through face-to-face interactions with top target customers.
- Use problem-solving techniques to improve performance in assigned region.
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales goals, reach objectives, and complete administrative duties.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required (preferably related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience (pharmaceutical sales preferred).
- Minimum level: Senior Sales Specialist (1+ year) or Executive Sales Specialist (7+ years).

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience managing complex healthcare accounts and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with specialty pharmacies, patient support programs, reimbursement partners, and access stakeholders.
- Experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, specialty therapeutics, or other complex disease states.
- New product launch experience (especially in specialty/complex markets).
- Proven market accomplishments; strong written/oral communication; ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; technology proficiency; leadership/interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing.

Additional Requirements:
- Ability to pass background, motor, and drug screening.
- Valid US driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record.
- Regular travel (may include air travel and weekend/overnight).
