NeuroCare Sales Specialist β€” Responsibilities/Impact:
- Maximize sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions.
- Build rapport and relationships with healthcare providers and office staff; partner with internal cross-functional teams.
- Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide patient/product education.
- Manage and grow key accounts by tailoring solutions to customer needs; drive product differentiation and sales targets.
- Review/analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Maintain call average per sales plan (face-to-face interactions with top target customers).
- Address external market challenges; use problem-solving techniques to improve performance.
- Adhere to Teva compliance policies and achieve sales performance goals and administrative requirements.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree required (preferably related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
- Experience managing complex healthcare accounts and engaging multiple stakeholders (Centers of Excellence, academic medical centers, integrated health systems, specialty practices).
- Preferred: specialty pharmacy, patient support programs, reimbursement/access stakeholders support.
- Preferred: neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics/complex disease states; new product launch experience.
- Senior Sales Specialist: 1+ year; Executive Sales Specialist: 7+ years.
- Skills: written/oral communication; interact with HCPs face-to-face/virtual; technology proficiency; leadership/interpersonal skills.
- Preferred: reimbursement/managed care/marketing; therapeutic area experience.
- Must pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driver’s license; acceptable driving record.
- Regular travel; may include air and weekend/overnight.
