Responsibilities:
- Build rapport with HCPs, office staff, and cross-functional partners; respond appropriately to their needs.
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships by tailoring solutions to meet unique needs and drive differentiation to achieve sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and use promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges while collaborating internally to execute cohesive sales strategies.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate expertise and achieve shared objectives.
- Maintain call average as outlined in the sales plan (face-to-face with top target customers).
- Use traditional and nontraditional problem-solving to improve performance in assigned region.
- Adhere to Teva compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales goals and complete administrative duties for the territory.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required (preferably related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Full-time documented business-to-business sales experience: Senior Sales Specialist (min 1 year) or Executive Sales Specialist (min 7 years).
- Proven accomplishments in the specific market; strong written/oral communication.
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology.
- Ability to pass background, motor, and drug screening.
- Valid US driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record required.

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Experience managing complex healthcare accounts and multiple stakeholders in large academic/health systems or multidisciplinary specialty practices.
- Experience with specialty pharmacies, patient support programs, reimbursement/access stakeholders.
- Experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, specialty therapeutics, or complex disease states; new product launch experience.
