Responsibilities:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (e.g., HCPs and office staff) at all levels.
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing to current and potential customers.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships by tailoring solutions to customer needs, using industry insights to differentiate and achieve sales targets.
- Review, seek out, and analyze sales data to create territory plans and effectively utilize promotional budget.
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to drive cohesive sales strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate expertise and execute sales strategies.
- Maintain required call average and focus on top target customers.
- Use traditional and nontraditional problem-solving to improve performance in the assigned region.
- Adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales performance goals, reach objectives, and complete required administrative duties.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required (preferably related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Minimum experience by level: Senior Sales Specialist (1+ year) or Executive Sales Specialist (7+ years).

Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Managing complex healthcare accounts and multiple stakeholders within major healthcare settings.
- Experience with specialty pharmacies, patient support/reimbursement/access stakeholders.
- Neurology/psychiatry/pediatric/rare disease/specialty therapeutics or other complex disease state experience.
- New product launch experience (specialty/completes disease markets).
- Proven market accomplishments, strong written/oral communication, HCP interaction in face-to-face/virtual settings with tech proficiency, leadership/interpersonal skills, reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge.

Other:
- Pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driverโ€™s license with acceptable record.
- Regular travel (including air and weekend/overnight).
