Responsibilities:
- Build rapport and relationships with healthcare providers (HCPs), office staff, internal regional team members, and cross-functional partners.
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key accounts by tailoring solutions to customer needs and driving product differentiation to achieve sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create effective territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to execute cohesive sales strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate expertise and achieve shared objectives.
- Maintain call average per sales plan with face-to-face interactions focused on top target customers.
- Use problem-solving techniques to improve performance within the assigned region/territory.
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales performance goals and complete administrative duties for the territory.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (preferably related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred.
- Preferred: experience managing complex healthcare accounts and engaging multiple stakeholders (Centers of Excellence, academic medical centers, integrated health systems).
- Preferred: collaboration with specialty pharmacies, patient support programs, reimbursement/access stakeholders.
- Preferred: experience in neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics; new product launch.

Skills:
- Proven accomplishments; strong written/oral communication.
- Ability to interact with HCPs in-person and virtually and use technology.
- Leadership and interpersonal skills; reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge preferred.
- Pass background, motor, and drug screening.
- Valid US driverโ€™s license and acceptable driving record.
