The NeuroCare Sales Specialist is a strategic, influential sales partner responsible for maximizing sales growth and profitability within a defined territory through compliant, ethical solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, HCPs, and office staff.
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key accounts by tailoring solutions to meet needs and drive product differentiation.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and effectively utilize promotional budget.
- Address external market challenges while collaborating internally to execute sales strategies.
- Proactively work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution and shared objectives.
- Maintain call average per sales plan (face-to-face interactions with top target customers).
- Use problem-solving techniques to improve performance in the assigned region.
- Adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales goals, objectives, and complete administrative duties.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (preferably related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.

Preferred:
- Experience managing complex healthcare accounts and multiple stakeholders.
- Experience with specialty pharmacies, patient support/reimbursement/access stakeholders.
- Experience in neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics or other complex disease states.
- New product launch experience (specialty/complex disease markets).
- Communication, leadership, and technology proficiency; reimbursement/managed care knowledge.

Also good to have:
- Pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driverโ€™s license.

Travel:
- Regular travel (including air and weekend/overnight).
