NeuroCare Sales Specialist

Responsibilities:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff) at all levels
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships by tailoring solutions to unique needs, leveraging industry insights to drive differentiation and achieve sales targets
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds
- Address external market challenges while collaborating internally to drive successful sales strategies
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies and shared objectives
- Maintain call average per the sales plan (face-to-face interactions with top target customers)
- Use problem-solving techniques to improve performance in assigned region
- Adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines
- Achieve sales performance goals and complete administrative duties for the territory

Qualifications (Required):
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (preferably related field)
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales experience preferred

Qualifications (Preferred):
- Managing complex healthcare accounts and multiple stakeholders (Centers of Excellence, academic medical centers, integrated health systems, specialty practices)
- Experience with specialty pharmacies, patient support programs, reimbursement/access stakeholders
- Experience in neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics or other complex disease states
- New product launch experience (specialty pharma/complex disease)
- Proven accomplishments toward objectives; strong written/oral communication; ability to interact face-to-face and virtually; leadership/interpersonal skills; reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge
- Ability to pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driverโ€™s license
