NeuroCare Sales Specialist
Essential Areas of Responsibility
- Build rapport and relationships with HCPs and office staff at all levels; respond appropriately to needs.
- Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key accounts; tailor solutions to drive differentiation and achieve sales targets.
- Review/analyze sales data to create territory plans and effectively utilize promotional budget.
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to execute successful sales strategies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to integrate insights and achieve shared objectives.
- Maintain call average per sales plan (face-to-face interactions focused on top target customers).
- Use traditional and nontraditional problem-solving to improve performance in assigned region.
- Adhere to all compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales goals, objectives, and complete administrative duties.
Qualifications / Skills & Experience
- Bachelorโs degree required (preferably related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: complex account management; engaging multiple stakeholders; specialty pharmacies/patient support/reimbursement/access stakeholders.
- Preferred: experience in neurology, psychiatry, pediatric, rare disease, specialty therapeutics/complex disease states.
- Preferred: new product launch experience.
- Proven accomplishments; strong written/oral communication; leadership/interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interact with HCPs in face-to-face and virtual settings; proficient with technology.
- Background, motor, and drug screening required; valid US driverโs license.
Travel Requirements
- Regular travel, including possible air travel and weekend/overnight travel.
