Responsibilities:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (e.g., HCPs).
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key account relationships by tailoring solutions to unique needs to achieve sales targets.
- Review, analyze sales data to develop territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges while collaborating internally to drive sales strategies.
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate expertise and execute shared objectives.
- Maintain call average per sales plan with face-to-face interactions focused on top target customers.
- Apply problem-solving techniques to improve performance in assigned region.
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales performance goals, objectives, and complete administrative duties for the territory.

Qualifications:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree required (preferably related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: managing complex healthcare accounts; working with specialty pharmacies/patient support/reimbursement and access stakeholders.
- Preferred: experience in neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics.
- Preferred: new product launch experience.
- Senior Sales Specialist: 1+ year; Executive Sales Specialist: 7+ years.

Skills/Abilities:
- Proven achievements in the specific market; strong written/oral communication.
- Ability to interact with HCPs in face-to-face and virtual settings; proficient with technology.
- Leadership/interpersonal skills; reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge preferred.
- Must pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driverโ€™s license.

Travel: Regular travel, including possible air travel and overnight/weekend travel.
