NeuroCare Sales Specialist

Essential Areas Of Responsibility:
- Build rapport and relationships with regional team members, cross-functional partners, and external contacts (HCPs and office staff).
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Manage and grow key account relationships by tailoring solutions, using industry insights to differentiate and achieve sales targets.
- Review/analyze sales data to create territory plans and utilize promotional budget funds.
- Maintain a competitive edge by addressing external market challenges and collaborating internally.
- Proactively work with cross-functional teams for cohesive execution and shared objectives.
- Maintain call average per sales plan (face-to-face with HCPs, focused on top targets).
- Use problem-solving techniques to improve performance in assigned region.
- Adhere to compliance policies and guidelines.
- Achieve sales goals and complete required administrative duties.

Qualifications/Experience (required & preferred):
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably related).
- Documented B2B sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: complex healthcare account management; specialty pharmacy/patient support/reimbursement/access stakeholder collaboration.
- Preferred: neurology/psychiatry/pediatrics/rare disease/specialty therapeutics/complex disease state; new product launch experience.
- Senior Sales Specialist: min 1 year; Executive Sales Specialist: min 7 years.

Skills/Abilities:
- Proven market accomplishments; strong written/oral communication.
- Ability to interact with HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology.
- Leadership/interpersonal skills; reimbursement/managed care/marketing knowledge preferred.
- Ability to pass background, motor, and drug screening.
- Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record.

Travel Requirements:
- Regular travel, including possible air travel and weekend/overnight travel.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Starting salary: $88,000–$160,000 annually; eligible for sales incentive plan.
