NeuroCare Sales Specialist

Essential Areas of Responsibility:
- Build rapport and relationships with HCPs and office staff; work with regional team members and cross-functional partners.
- Provide healthcare product demonstrations, physician detailing, and product in-services.
- Consult with physicians, nurses, and medical office staff to promote product and provide product/patient education.
- Strategically manage and grow key accounts by tailoring solutions, driving differentiation, and achieving sales targets.
- Review and analyze sales data to create territory plans and use promotional budget funds.
- Address external market challenges and collaborate internally to drive cohesive sales strategies.
- Maintain call average per sales plan with top target customers.
- Use problem-solving to improve performance in assigned region; adhere to compliance policies.
- Achieve sales goals/objectives and complete required administrative duties.

Qualifications/Experience:
- Bachelorโ€™s degree (preferred related field).
- Documented business-to-business sales experience; pharmaceutical sales preferred.
- Preferred: complex healthcare account management; experience across COEs, academic medical centers, integrated health systems, and multidisciplinary specialty practices.
- Preferred: specialty pharmacy/patient support/reimbursement/access stakeholder collaboration.
- Preferred: neurology/psychiatry/pediatric/rare disease/specialty therapeutics or complex disease states.
- Preferred: new product launch experience.

Skills/Abilities:
- Proven market accomplishments; strong written/oral communication.
- Ability to engage HCPs face-to-face and virtually; proficient with technology.
- Leadership/interpersonal skills; knowledge of reimbursement/managed care/marketing preferred.
- Pass background, motor, and drug screening; valid US driverโ€™s license.

Travel Requirements:
- Regular travel; may include air and weekend/overnight.
