National Transplant Accounts Director

Role: The Lung Bioengineering (LBE) National Transplant Accounts Director is a field-based leader responsible for managing relationships with transplant centers, organ procurement organizations (OPOs), and payer stakeholders to facilitate access and reimbursement for LBE's transplant services and products. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, developing business cases, educating stakeholders on reimbursement processes, and executing strategic engagement plans. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Market Access, Clinical Services, HEOR, and Legal to address access barriers and advance transplant initiatives. Requirements: Bachelor's degree with 10+ years in organ operations or healthcare services, including 5+ years in transplant administration with managed care and business development experience; or Master's degree with slightly fewer years. Demonstrated expertise in transplant reimbursement, payer policies, and stakeholder engagement is essential. Preferred qualifications include a Master's degree, experience with national payer landscapes, and existing relationships with managed care organizations.
