National Sales Manager - Oncology

Responsibilities:
- Drive sales force effectiveness by managing and implementing sales systems, processes, and initiatives (e.g., National Sales Meetings and offsites).
- Translate brand performance into actionable sales strategies and tactics.
- Serve as liaison with Sales Operations to ensure planning, execution, and communication, including weekly/monthly reports (performance/trends), incentive plans and programs (regular and ad hoc), incentive modifications based on field inquiries, and field alignment/structure alternatives.
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing leadership to develop and implement the sales force communication plan.

Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years of successful sales experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry in progressive commercial leadership roles.
- Franchise sales and sales leadership experience strongly preferred, including launch experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in health/sciences/pharmacy/business preferred (or relevant/equivalent industry experience required); U.S. commercial experience required with strong matrix skills and cultural sensitivity.
- Oncology experience preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to influence and manage across a complex set of internal and external stakeholders.
