The role involves developing payer insights, supporting pre-launch activities, and leading a team of National Account Managers, with a focus on high-impact payer interactions and strategic execution. Requirements: 10β15 years of biopharma experience with deep expertise in payer account management, market access, and launch-stage environments; strong knowledge of U.S. payer landscape, contracting, and reimbursement frameworks; experience in cell, gene therapy, rare disease, neurology, rheumatology, or hematology/oncology preferred. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree, with advanced degrees (MBA, MPH, PharmD) preferred. The candidate must demonstrate strategic and execution capabilities, stakeholder influencing skills, and leadership experience in high-growth, resource-constrained settings. High-Value: focus on cell/gene therapies, rare diseases, neurology/rheumatology, late-stage clinical trials, and pre-market launch activities. Work setup: hybrid model in Princeton, NJ or Frederick, MD; ~50-75% travel, especially during pre-launch phases.
