Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deliver compliant learning solutions that increase effectiveness and credibility of participants.
- Build trust and credibility with key stakeholders through regular interaction and feedback.
- Leverage existing Learning & Development core platforms and content within specific Franchise/Brand training products to limit duplicative efforts.
- Communicate directly and openly with stakeholders to achieve positive relationships and mutual alignment.
- Provide candid, specific verbal and written feedback to participants, including strengths/weaknesses and a plan for improved performance.
- Recognize participant skill levels and adjust coaching/training techniques accordingly.
- Develop Rotational Trainers and/or Guest Trainers by providing meaningful roles, one-to-one coaching, and performance feedback.
- Apply knowledge of stakeholder businesses, strategies, and priorities; integrate training activities into brand team business plans.
- Serve as a product and disease-state expert and an expert in non-therapeutic areas such as customer and business skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelorβs degree required.
- 3+ years of field sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry (or equivalent).
- Knowledge of applicable regulations and standards affecting Pharmaceutical Products (e.g., CFR 210/211, cGMP).
- Project management experience and/or ability to manage in a matrixed organization.
- High-performing sales track record and strong understanding of drivers of commercial success.
- Ability to partner with individuals across management levels and align training to business strategy.
- Ability to integrate business trends, brand strategies, and marketplace drivers into plans that drive competitive advantage.
- Preferred: Rotational Trainer, District Sales Trainer, or Guest Trainer experience.
