Responsibilities:
- Define, identify, and maintain the ME universe (Tier 1, Tier 2, Rising Stars) within scope in partnership with key stakeholders.
- Conduct and/or orchestrate cross-functional 1:1 ME engagements to gather post-approval insights to inform Marketing Strategy (IMST, HCP Education, Congress Strat).
- Partner with Marketing Strategy to develop advisory board/consultancy submissions; support execution via ME advisor/consultant participation or nomination.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs to identify/nominate/deploy MEs for market needs (e.g., payer initiatives, access challenges).
- Schedule, coordinate, and execute cross-functional ME engagements (site visits, executive/leadership engagements, immersion days).
- Serve as key point of contact between the ME universe and the company to route MEs for appropriate follow-up.
- Collaborate on format, design, and delivery of commercial educational programs.
- Serve as moderator/faculty for educational activities (e.g., PXP).
- Support approval and execution of company presence at regional/local conferences and state society meetings.
- Develop and execute a cohesive ME engagement plan for national/regional congresses; ensure KPI tracking, analyses, materials/resource oversight, and senior leadership business reviews.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (related field); MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 7+ years TLL, account management, or related experience.
- 5+ years in assigned disease area preferred (required in Specialty Sales).
- Strong knowledge of healthcare/pharma; proven relationship development with physicians/HCPs.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills; creative/conceptual thinking; ability to develop/execute strategies.
- Financial/budgetary experience.

Desirable:
- 2+ years line/people management experience.
