Key Responsibilities:
- Define, identify, and maintain the Medical Expert (ME) universe (Tier 1, Tier 2, Rising Stars).
- Conduct/orchestrate cross-functional 1:1 engagements with Tier 1 (and select Tier 2/rising stars) to gather post-approval insights and feedback to inform Marketing Strategy (IMST, HCP Education, Congress Strategy).
- In partnership with Marketing Strategy, develop advisory board and consultancy submissions; participate in or nominate ME advisors/consultants.
- Collaborate with Medical Affairs to identify, nominate, and deploy MEs for market needs (e.g., payer initiatives, access challenges).
- Schedule/coordinate cross-functional ME engagements (site visits, leadership engagements, immersion days).
- Serve as point of contact between the ME universe and Novartis to route MEs for appropriate follow-up.
- Collaborate on format/design/delivery of commercial educational programs; serve as moderator/faculty (e.g., Peer Exchange Programs).
- Support identification/approval of commercial engagement at conferences and events; represent the company.
- Develop and execute a cohesive national/regional congress ME engagement plan.

Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (MBA or advanced degree preferred).
- 7+ years Thought Leader Liaison (TLL), account management, or related experience.
- 5+ years in assigned disease area (required in Specialty Sales).
- Strong healthcare/pharma relationship-building with physicians/HCPs.
- Strong analytical and presentation skills; creative/conceptual thinking.
- Ability to develop/execute strategy; financial/budgetary experience.

Desirable Requirements:
- 2+ years line/people management experience.

Compensation/Benefits (as stated):
- Salary range: $185,500–$344,500/year; performance cash incentive; possible annual equity eligibility; comprehensive benefits and time off.
