Role: The National Account Director (NAD) leads market access strategies for Pharvaris' rare disease therapies targeting hereditary angioedema (HAE). Responsibilities include managing payer relationships across commercial, Medicaid, Medicare, VA/Tricare, and PBMs, developing account plans, and ensuring optimal coverage and reimbursement. The NAD collaborates cross-functionally with market access, medical, sales, marketing, and government teams to align strategies and drive profitable patient access. They monitor market developments, represent Pharvaris at industry events, and maintain expertise on HAE and payer landscape. Requirements: Bachelor's degree; 10+ years in pharma/biotech market access or national accounts, preferably in rare disease or HAE; established relationships with key payers (e.g., Optum, United, Kaiser); proven negotiation and contracting skills; experience with government programs is preferred; willingness to travel up to 65%.
