Position Summary / Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans for IDNs, large health systems, academic medical centers, and community healthcare networks.
- Establish executive relationships (e.g., Chief Pharmacy Officers, Chief Medical Officers, Clinical Informatics leaders, Population Health executives, P&T Committees).
- Drive enterprise formulary adoption; integrate therapies into clinical pathways, standardized protocols, and institutional care models.
- Improve patient access via health system standardization, quality initiatives, and value-based care programs.
- Lead national strategy for EHR integration and electronic order set development; partner with clinical informatics teams on order sets, clinical decision support, and workflow enhancements.
- Manage assigned national/regional commercial and government payer accounts to optimize access; build payer relationships and negotiate/maintain payer agreements where appropriate.
- Monitor payer policy/reimbursement/coverage changes and recommend actions; align access strategies across the healthcare continuum.
- Partner cross-functionally (Medical Affairs, Marketing, Sales, IBMs, Patient Services, Managed Markets & Access) and provide customer insights to support planning and evidence.

Qualifications / Required & Preferred Skills
- BA/BS required; MBA, PharmD, MPH, MHA, or related advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years in pharma/biotech/healthcare delivery/managed markets.
- Proven success managing IDNs/health systems/organized customers or national payer accounts.
- Strong payer dynamics, reimbursement, and enterprise customer strategy experience.
- Preferred: experience supporting EHR integration, electronic order set development, clinical pathway implementation, or health system informatics.
- Strong strategic planning, negotiation, executive presentation, and relationship management skills.

Compensation & Benefits (as stated)
- Salary range: $183,000–$220,000 (national). Commission-based; eligible for equity incentive awards.
