The MSL Team Lead is responsible for the development of the vision, strategy, tactical plans, resource and budget plans, and ongoing development/refinement of the regional MSL team.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Regional MSL team; develop/coach field medical tactics and initiatives; ensure scientific excellence; foster KOL relationships
- Participate in cross-functional workstreams to understand/communicate data gaps, assist with data generation/communication strategies, and contribute to Medical Strategy Plans
- Lead and execute autonomously; set goals, delegate appropriately, and deliver consistently
- People management: provide strategic guidance, build alignment, train/motivate/influence, and support direct reports’ career development
- Ensure the team has appropriate medical/scientific information and tools for scientific exchange
- Maintain customer-oriented mindset; anticipate field needs and communicate insights to internal stakeholders to enable pull-through
- Attend/support scientific meetings/conferences and represent the company as appropriate
- Develop/implement initiatives to expand effectiveness while maintaining key priorities
- Provide proactive KPI status reporting; lead by example and drive teamwork across the organization
- Ensure compliance with industry/regulatory guidelines; complete required administrative tasks (e.g., Veeva, Concur, KOL tracking, conference coverage, expense reports)

Qualifications:
- Graduate degree required (MD, PhD, PharmD, NP/PA, DPT, MSN)
- 12–15+ years professional experience; minimum 5–7 years field medical experience
- Proven ability to lead autonomously and be results-oriented
- Advanced knowledge of Sarepta products/competitive landscape/therapeutic-area scientific literature

Application/Work Info:
- Hybrid role; work on-site at US facility and attend in-person company events as needed
- Salary range: $206,000–$257,500/year
