Responsibilities:
- Identify key thought leaders and build/manage relationships with HCPs in academic and community settings within assigned territory (GA, AR, MS, LA, AL).
- Develop and execute territory plans aligned to Medical Affairs strategies.
- Provide fair, balanced medical/clinical information in response to requests; deliver disease-state and product education.
- Support product launches via HCP education for safe use.
- Act as primary contact for investigator-sponsored trials (ISTs) from submission through activation/completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Genmab-sponsored trials (site recommendations, awareness, accrual timelines).
- Maintain up-to-date scientific/clinical knowledge (oncology/hematology).
- Serve as scientific resource to commercial partners (as appropriate) and support advisory board planning.
- Represent the company at select medical/scientific conferences.

Qualifications:
- PharmD/PhD/MD strongly preferred; NP/PA with extensive hematology/oncology experience considered.
- At least 2 years MSL/Medical Affairs experience in oncology/hematology preferred.
- Strong healthcare/access knowledge; ability to work independently and cross-functionally in a matrix environment.
- Preferred: product launch experience.
- Strong communication/presentation, integrity, teamwork, customer focus; strong organization/prioritization.
- Compliance knowledge and working knowledge of FDA, OIG, ICH, GCP, PhRMA Code, HIPAA, and related regulations.
- Technical proficiency: MS Office and business applications.
