Job Description
The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) strategically and tactically executes the Skincare Global Scientific Affairs Strategy across all skincare product areas. Leads medical scientific education of external customers and serves as a subject matter expert in skincare and the competitive landscape. Supports product life cycles in collaboration with internal stakeholders (R&D, Commercial, Clinical, Medical Information, Sales Training, Customer Education, and Compliance).

Responsibilities:
- Lead medical scientific education and respond to medical scientific inquiries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal/external customers and stakeholders.
- Influence use of topical skincare products via KOL advocacy and peer influence programs.
- Collaborate with in-field teams to plan and execute regional initiatives.
- Stay continuously educated on skincare trends, market, and competitive landscape.
- Support cross-functional development of scientific communications materials.
- Gather insights/feedback via external engagements and conference attendance to support R&D pipeline, launches, and portfolio.
- Support research initiatives and pipeline development.
- Maintain communication with peers in Medical Affairs to align with business strategies.

Qualifications:
- PhD, PharmD, or MD (advanced degree required).
- Experience in skincare, skin biology, dermatology, or medical aesthetics.
- 1+ year in scientific/medical communications or related role.
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to travel up to 75%.
- Reside within 50 miles of a medium or large US hub airport.
