Position Summary
The Molecular Science Liaisons communicate the value of Caris Molecular Intelligence (CMI) to external clients (e.g., physicians, scientists, and oncology Key Opinion Leaders). They gather and evaluate published literature and attend relevant conferences to maintain up-to-date knowledge of drug/biomarker associations. Travel is frequent (approximately 80%) within an assigned region.

Job Responsibilities
- Serve as a conduit between the medical community and Caris Life Sciences regarding product information and medical needs to support patient care, research, clinical trials, and therapeutic approaches.
- Present clinical data and educational materials to physician sites and/or conferences (within an assigned region or nationally) as required by Sales and Marketing.
- Promote CMI to physician sites across Europe as required by Sales and Marketing.
- Read and understand scientific/technical literature to support customer engagement in therapeutic oncology.
- Assist with other duties/special projects as required by Sales and Marketing.
- Support field training for contracted speakers (Caris Speaker’s Bureau).
- Act as a field trainer for the assigned region in partnership with the Director of Training.
- Deliver regional speaking engagements (e.g., Roundtables, Grand Rounds, Tumor Boards) to broaden clinical understanding of CMI.
- Attend select regional/national tradeshows and sales meetings to present data and educate clients.
- Provide commercial input/review of marketing materials to reflect the current molecular landscape.

Required Qualifications
- M.D. or Ph.D. in a biological science related to pharmacology, cancer biology, or molecular/cellular biology (or equivalent experience).

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior commercial experience (e.g., Pharmaceuticals or Commercial Lab).
- Strong background in Molecular Oncology.

Required Training & Additional Information
- Complete job-specific safety and compliance training as assigned.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
