Position Summary
The Molecular Science Liaisons communicate the value of Caris Molecular Intelligence (CMI) to external clients (e.g., physicians and scientists), primarily through face-to-face discussions, including with oncology Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs). Responsibilities include frequent travel within an assigned region (~80%). The role involves reviewing published literature, attending relevant conferences, and using updated drug/biomarker association knowledge to enhance the regional customer knowledge base.

Job Responsibilities
- Act as a conduit between the medical community and Caris Life Sciences on product information and medical community needs (patient care, research, clinical trials, therapeutic approaches).
- Present clinical data and educational materials to physician sites and/or conferences (regional or national) as required by Sales and Marketing.
- Promote CMI to physician sites across Europe as required.
- Read and understand scientific/technical literature for customer engagement.
- Assist with related duties and special projects as required.
- Support field training for contracted speakers (Caris Speaker’s Bureau).
- Serve as field trainer for the assigned region; extend Director of Training.
- Deliver regional speaking engagements (e.g., Tumor Boards, Grand Rounds) to broaden clinical understanding.
- Attend regional/national tradeshows and sales meetings to present data and educate clients.
- Provide commercial input/review marketing materials reflecting the current molecular landscape.

Required Qualifications
- M.D. or Ph.D. in a biological science related to pharmacology, cancer biology, or molecular/cellular biology (or equivalent training/experience).

Preferred Qualifications
- Prior commercial experience (e.g., Pharmaceuticals or Commercial Lab) is a plus.
- Strong background in Molecular Oncology.

Required Training & Additional Information
- Complete all job-specific safety/compliance training assigned based on role functions.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
