Position Summary:
Molecular Science Liaisons communicate the value of Caris Molecular Intelligence (CMI) to external clients, primarily through face-to-face customer discussions with physicians, scientists, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) in oncology. This role requires frequent travel within an assigned region (~80%). Responsibilities include gathering and evaluating published literature and attending relevant conferences to stay current on drug/biomarker associations and enhance the regional knowledge base.

Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as a conduit of information/feedback between the medical community and Caris Life Sciences on products and medical needs (patient care, research, clinical trials, therapeutic approaches).
- Present clinical data and educational materials to physician sites and/or conferences (regionally or nationally) as required.
- Promote CMI to physician sites across Europe as required.
- Read and understand scientific/technical literature to maintain therapeutic oncology knowledge for customer engagement.
- Assist with related duties and special projects as required by Sales and Marketing.
- Assist in field training for contracted speakers (Caris Speaker’s Bureau).
- Function as a field trainer for the assigned region, extending the Director of Training.
- Participate in regional speaking engagements (Roundtables, Grand Rounds, Tumor Boards, etc.).
- Attend select regional/national tradeshows and sales meetings to present data and educate clients.
- Provide commercial input/review of marketing materials to reflect the current molecular landscape.

Required Qualifications:
- M.D. or Ph.D. in a biological science related to pharmacology, cancer biology, or molecular and cellular biology (or equivalent training/experience).

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior commercial experience (e.g., Pharmaceuticals or Commercial Lab) (plus).
- Strong background in Molecular Oncology (preferred).

Required Training & Additional Information:
- Job-specific safety/compliance training assigned based on role functions.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly.
